What is the Joy App?

The Joy App is a real-time directory and case management tool commissioned by NHS Devon and backed by the Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Livewell Southwest. It enables GPs and other health and social care professionals to easily refer into local services, helping to create a more joined-up system for service users. There will also be the option for people to refer themselves into services coming very soon, to make access even easier.

How do I sign up to Joy?

Signing up is really simple and takes just 10—15 minutes.

  1. Visit https://services.thejoyapp.com/ in your web browser

  2. Click the 'Sign up' button at the top of the page

  3. Click the 'Sign up as an organisation' button

  4. Enter your details and click the 'Create account' button

Once your organisation is signed up, you will be able to add and manage your services and referrals from your dashboard.
