Dancing with Dee
Earlier this autumn Step One and Live Longer Better co-delivered Jess Slade’s program ‘Live Longer For Better’ campaign. 16 students were booked on to this Fitsteps Session led by Fitsteps Instructor Dee Allbrook, our Recovery Practitioner and course facilitator for Wellbeing Yoga and HOPE groups.

VCSE Assembly Hub
Thank you to everyone who attended our VCSE Assembly Mental Health Hub on 14th November.
We had attendees from across the VCSE sector, as well representatives from our statutory partners Livewell and Devon Partnership Trust. Guests represented a variety of services covering refugee support, chaplaincy, disordered eating, local mental health support as well as national organisations, and many more in between.
The 5th Plymouth Mental Health Collective Event
Many thanks as always to our guest speakers, all 60 attendees and everyone who supported our fantastic 5th event held at the iconic Devonport Guildhall, on 18th September, a venue which is starting to feel like our home.
Ilfracombe Poverty Truth Launch
On September 26th the Ilfracombe Poverty Truth Commission gave it's opening address to assembled MP's, Devon County Council and local parties engaged in the area. Colleagues from Devon Mental Health Alliance were invited to participate.
