If you’ve been carrying the weight of anxiety or feeling lost in the fog of depression, I want to offer you something truly special—a completely free four-week yoga course designed to support your nervous system, uplift your spirit, and guide you back to balance.
Yoga isn’t just movement—it’s medicine for the soul. Studies show that yoga can significantly reduce anxiety and depression, helping to regulate emotions, improve sleep, and bring a deep sense of peace. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, we will create a space where you can soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.
This course is kindly funded by Devon Mental Health Alliance and is open to absolute beginners. It is a very gentle nurturing style of yoga held in a supportive safe space. There is even time for tea and biscuits and a chat after.
